Nothing gets me more excited than hosting dinner parties at my place (diamonds and heels excluded!) I love that I have the freedom to do things my way…
Easter this year we hosted our family lunch at our apartment in Double Bay. It was my first chance to use my Waterford Crystal coloured Lismore wine glasses, I also enlisted my sisters help in blowing and decorating eggs to look like my favourite Louboutin crystal heels (do you know the ones?).
We also pulled out the trusty champagne sabre which always creates a sense of occasion (although when doesn’t champagne???).
Entree – Luke Mangan Prawn and avocado stacks
Main – 12 hour slow cooked lamb, crunchy potatoes, iceberg and asiago salad, beans and almonds
Dessert – Blueberry and Italian Meringue Tart
The TV is not on – It is family pictures playing in the background!
